Bravo! Nicely done, I like them a lot,but not the explosion effects... try making them halo 3-ish, the reason I say this is because well it would make sense to have everything halo 3 in the projectile.

ya, mostly what what was changed from the halo 2 effect was the energy arcs, and slightly the color.

The electric bolts seem to solid. But overall nicely done. Could be somewhat better though.

Well, the reason they're solid is because the arcs were very thin at first, so i made them thicker. And because the alpha channel is set to 100 which means, no see through at all. I thought that's how halo 3 did it, but looking back at a reference pic, they need to be more opaque.

Note: Ripping from converted maps is kinda buggy.
Expect to encounter many bitmap erros when ripping :P

Looks much like the Halo 3 wraith vehicle tags already on this site. (but actually its h2 wraith)

Great projectile yet need help getting it. If you have a halo ce version of the map that would be easier to get the projectile from. Yet if it is just pc make sure you include the bitmaps.map map with your upload because your particle tags require bitmaps which are not stored in the bloodgulch.map map itselft but in the bitmaps map. That is also why the map is going to be corrupted when you try to load it in pc.

i've fixed it for CE if anyones interested
-it's not corrupted
-still uses same tags (which i had)
-still looks exactly the same!!
-it now uses mythril's plasy explosion effect (which i'm about to customise for the wraith mortar)

I dont understand how you could fix this for halo ce without having the bitmaps that his tags reference. It will look exactly the same as the original unless you have his bitmaps that he used in the pics.

Yes it can be converted to halo ce. I tried and when I extracted the tags it said I was missing some sort of bitmap tags "cloud c plasma smoke+.bitmap" and "plasma electric bolts+.bitmap". Of course to fix this all you would have to do is remove the + and the projectile would look just like the original wraith's projectile instead of his modded one in the pictures. I need the ""+.bitmap yet I cannot extract it from his pc map because I am missing his bitmaps.map. Sorry Im not trying to be a jacka** but I would really like to use his projectile in a map I'm making.

hmm, i thought those bitmaps were internalized...? well, i uploaded my bitmaps.map, see if that works.

AFTER USING DIFFERENT BITMAPS.MAP: i just realized the bitmaps were internalized, but in the bitmaps.map or something else because, when i played on the map that used the same program to make. Only some of the bitmaps were corrupted/missing, so Hopefully this helps.

No I tried extracting the tags using hek plus and have corrupted bitmaps. Also when I go to play it in halo pc it says file is corrupted. I suggest release a custom edition version of the map because it makes it easier to get tags because all of the new bitmaps and sounds are saved in the map.

Great looking projectiles , much appreciated by those who will use it. I dont know about the explosions though , could use some touching up.

"cloud c plasma smoke+.bitmap" and "plasma electric bolts+.bitmap" I believe but also the shaders may not be right as they control the color change if I am correct. I don't know because I can not test the map in halo pc because it needs sound and ui. Like I said is a lot of trouble unless you can put it in a custom edition map.
