has any new console command's ben added to 1.08? for devmode?

i had this list from way back in the day and someone sead that if thare was ever a 1.08 update maby the command's would be added
it would be realy cool if thay worked

` Accessing the Console:
- Create a shortcut to halo.exe.
- Right click on that shortcut, and under the target add "-console" onto the
end, without those quotes.
IE: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe" -console -dev
- Apply and close.
- Start Halo with new Shortcut.
- While in game press the `/~ key.

note theas camads wer taken out of the retale halo not meny of them work but if thares ever an 1.08 update then thease cmds will probly be added

SO NOW I ASK HAVE THAY BEN ADDED TO THE 1.08 UPDATE?
