This may be a noobish question, but I've never played Halo PC or CE online, but I wanted to know if it was free, or you had to pay monthly like on Xbox Live.

You have to buy Halo: PC, but after that, it's free to play online. Halo Custom Edition is free to buy and is also free for online play.

Yeah, the online is pretty much free and you can do so much more and play so much more, unlike forge in Halo 3.

Okay, cool, because I've had Halo PC and CE for a while now, and kept thinking you had to pay to go online. Thanks for responces!
