This is Fubar! A ROCKET TO THE GUYS DARN FACE! and he lives, and then kills me. The heath was set at 100%. Can some one tell me why this happened? also my game crash 0.0001 sec. after it happened!

It was probably lag and you missed. Always aim at the feet with a rocket launcher.

Just because you saw the rocket hit him doesn't it actually hit him. Do you even know what Projectile lag is?

Halo CE is the only game I have that I can play online! so no. But I've seen some FUBAR things in Video of online gameplay for Halo 3 and some things that happened offline too that's Also Fubar.

Projectile lag is the time it takes for the game to process the projectile that has been shot online. Say there is a guy strafing to the left or right, you do not want to shoot right at him with an accurate weapon if you have bad projectile lag, you want to find out your projectile lag time and shoot at a certain distance from the player. One way to find out your projectile lag is to throw a grenade, and wait till it comes out, then you'll know the time it takes for the shot to process. Halo 3 uses a different thing so you can shoot at them and the shot will still process and hit him.

I Rarely find a RP sever that's not full the only RP sever I can join is a RP sever hosted by a good online friend of mine's. so yes I'm into the CTF like things.

Lag. Lag is your problem. Happens to everyone.

Say you had 200 ping. You fire. You see it hit and explode. The host sees the rocket go zooming past him, where he was a second ago. You miss.

most of the time my ping is only 45 to 65 every now and again it gets to 100 to 300.

It was lag, trust us.

Do you kill people on foot a lot with say, the pistol? Give me an average k/d ratio.
