The menu loads, but it is not visible, I've had this problem before. But recently after installing some new hardware, the problem has returned.
These are the steps I've taken thus far:

1. Disabled both Global and Halo ce program anti-aliasing
2. Re-Installed halo ce
3. Installed better Anti Virus software, and configured it
4. Disabled programs that may be interfering with halo via system configuration
5. Defrag'd my disk drive C:
6. Scanned for viruses, malaware, spyware, keyloggers, and other harmful abominations
7. Finally, updated my NVIDIA drivers, and repeated steps 1, 2, and 6

I apologise if this is the wrong section, but I assumed "technical & map" design was more pertaining to map making, tagging, etc.

Any suggestions?

It should have been disabling anti-aliasing. You sure you did it right?

That's what I'm checking at this moment.

Edit: Still no luck.

Can you turn off anti aliasing anywhere else, other than NVIDIA control panel?

Then, I suppose with a simple "No." you had no suggestions?

I guess I'll Google some more.

Unless you're running a 3rd party program, no. I can't remember the name of the program that enables anti aliasing for any game.

Is there anything in your Halo CE folder that isn't part of the actual game? And if you have an init file, what does it have in it?

Did you set the NVIDIA settings for Halo CE to be application controlled?

Yes I did, and no dice.
I had tool++ in the halo ce directory, I deleted it and no dice.

It's a pretty difficult problem. I think, it stopped working after I installed the latest Geforce 8 series driver. So I'll just wait for another update I suppose and we'll see if the problem is fixed?
