Basically a spherical death zone.

Either with scripting, where you can script it similar to death barriers.

Or a damage effect thats the same size as the scenery.

Basically make somehing that acts like fire, with an instant kill damage effect.

Make it an equipment, like an overshield, with a damage effect or make it have an appearance of an equipment and then script a trigger volume of comparable size as a deathzone. It would sync I believe.

Just give it a death plane material, but make it a sphere and stick it on your BSP and link to frame. I think that would do it.

I think its more simple to make a scenery with a damage effect, then scripting or making an equipment.
