I have no covenant actor varients, the ones I have a copyrighted and I can't use. Are there any one that I can have?
I would liek Elite Minors, Grunts Minors and Jackal Minors, not too fussed about majors. I also don't want hunters. |

is it me or are there too many things you can rip from default campaign maps people don't notice? you can extract the campaign maps assuming you bought halo 1 ofcourse

Well. I re-read the error message and it says "Cannot load all the tags". So it's no copyright breaach or whatever, i don't know where I got that from. What are the causes of the error?

You're missing tags. Make sure you extract all files correctly, and the error will go away.
