i know that but does anyone have any working tags like not bipeds. working tags that allow them to move and stuff or if not, can anyone teach me how to create the tags

Having them move is making them AI. You can find a tutorial on AI.

Download the Halo 2 Biped Pack. Then, create actor varients, that use that biped.

The biped tags are corrupted because I've used them before.

You have to fix them. That's how I got them to work.

they're not corrupt- but you do have to know where to put them (h3t\characters\....)

You have to redirect the weapons and hud in the .biped tag.

well, can anyone kindly tell me how to make it a .actor_varient and i am still going to find that tut but in the mean timr. can anyone tell me?

Go to tags\characters\elite\elite minor\elite minor plasma rifle.actor_variant.

Open it.

Change the biped to h3t\characters\elite\elite.biped.

File-> Save as h2elite.actor_variant.

They're not corrupt. You have to replace missing weapons and model animations, plus some collision geometry,

what bipeds do i change for characters that are not in halo like prophet or miranda??

Yes, guerilla. You don't need to replace anyone. Just put the h3t folder inside the tags folder, and it should work.

They work... just fix the path, god, how hard can that be? have you even actually opened the tags and looked at what's red?

I'm using those as placeholder in the flood campaign, they can drive vehicles and stuff, they work perfectly. however i think they look bad on itself, so i'll just make new ones =P

Create an actor varient for them. Either modify an existing one, like the Elite ones, so they are prophets instead of Elites, or create totally new actor varient.

so all i do to change an elite to a prophet but with the same settings is just change the elite biped to a prophet biped? if not can you tell me how and how to create a whole new actor varient

Just change it in Guerilla. To create a new actor varient....well.....you mgith want to create a new actor for that first. That's what I usually like to do in order to create a completely new AI. Anyway, creating a new one and filling in all the stuff for it is rather difficult, so just modify an existing one.

Howver, take note that your prophet will then behave and talk like an Elite :|

i dont know why but when i changed the elite biped to a prophet biped, then try to add them to the actor varient pallete in sapien, it says not all tags from the actor varient your choosed could be added to your pallete. why?

Red Text in guerilla. So you would need to open up the prophet.biped tags and edit them so theres no more red text. Then open up the prophet shaders and fix the red text so basically every tag in the prophet folder needs to be opened and fixed. If you want i could upload a map to like mediafire and you could download it and rip from it so you won't have to fix the tags. Would you like that?

get that error again, then open a file called debug.txt (in halo ce folder), then scroll down to the bottom and paste the last paragraph
