how do i create a sound file from a wav file to be used as dialouge. i tried but failed as the sound wont play

Make it an .mp3 and run it through tool.

What did you type into tool? I'm not sure if Tool++ can build sound files. All it can do for me is build-cache-file. Everything else doesn't work.

Wait! The dialog needs to be split into permutations if you wan the character to say a variable line in a situation.
It also needs to have mono compression.
