Ald Kazei isn't banned, and he posted five troll video links on page 6. His tag is "CMT IS GOING DOWN!!!" and was let off with a warning. Plus, there are tons of people who have stirred up arguments in this thread that are still not banned.

m00kz wasn't a spammer, and he released AND open sourced his UT2K4 conversion mod for everyone to use, never argued with anyone. He posted a (mostly) polite, logical, well thought-out video response to Recon. It could have stirred up the arguments, but still, no warning, just flat-out banned for being a "troll."

A few others didn't deserve the ban, but fell into the whole "feeding the trolls" thing.

See what I'm getting at here?

i was gone for a long time, so I missed a lot of stuff. (i've been gone since the H3MT thread went down.)

wtf, that is the biggest spam iv ever heard, asking someone how they are been in a thread nothing to do with em, cant that comment go into the personal messages... it is sad that cmt isnt makeing the mod now, but geez, cant u get over it befor any more people get banned?

No, they never said they were NOT continuing the mod. Ever.

Stop whining! You read the warning for him and you posted a link exactly like the one that was removed that said post like this again and your are banned. What the hell do you expect? You post like the person who was warned and you get banned.

I have zero patience for this kind of nonsense. Keep it up and this acconut too will be removed.

I had no intentions to troll in the video link I posted, it was an attempt to bring up a few points in a mature fashion. I honestly had good intentions, I didn't want anything bad to happen. I thought I was doing good. I'm not a "troll" or a "spammer" or anything along those lines, never have been. In fact, I'm respected as a very logical, friendly individual in a few other communities, something I pride myself on.

However in retrospect I understand your point of view, the video would have just escalated the topic on the forums, something you're trying to weed out (though it's already sort of happened, the comments in the video are full of spam already). Had I known it would have gotten me banned, I would not have posted it in the first place, trust me when I say that.

At this point though I realize that Recon Devastator is just trying to get a rise out of people, so you can rest assured it won't happen again.
