is it possible to have a cutscene at the start of a single player map be flying and suddenly go down and drop someone off?

It'll be harder to get a Pelican to work without recorded animations.

Cutscenes are really hard but i tried and it worked.

Just set up a bunch of cameras, and script the camera to fly through those camera positions. Getting the AI to do what you want is harder.
