I am watching offspring's tutorial on making animated scenery, and i have a "frame" and a "frame_lift"
Okay I have been messing around with this. Here is what I have found. I am using max 9 so I cannot click file->export like in the tutorial. So I used bluestreak to export. Model and collision-geometry compiled fine. Then animations. I used the HEKAnimEX script thing to export. I exported it the first time. Got that error. Then I exported it a second time, and it compiled fine. The reason was because the script had changed "frame_lift" to "1frame_lift" in the max scene. The animation compiled fine as near as I can tell, but the problem is that bluestreak gives me an error when I try to export the model with "1frame_lift". I have to change it back to "frame_lift" which makes the .gbxmodel and .model_animation tags unmatching. Edited by UnevenElefant5 on Feb 8, 2009 at 08:43 PM

Not "frame_lift". No underscore. The guy in the tutorial used an underscore and it worked for him. Anyways, I got the animations AND model to export with "1frame lift" Now I don't get that exception or the "object scenery\lift\lift and the animation graph scenery\lift\lift don't match object scenery\lift\lift will not animate" message. However, my animations will still not show up in game. The tutorial guy just exported the animations, referenced them in his new scenery, then it worked perfectly. Mine goes ingame fine with no errors, but it won't animate.

well i think you have to set what animation it needs to do in guerrila in its animation tag, like idle, and stuff
