The animation graph and the model doesn't match. Just open your model, and immediately export data\vehicles\\animations\stand fixed-idle.jma.
Use tool to compile, using the command tool animations vehicles\
Open your .vehicle, and change whatever animation graph you have to your new one.
Save, and try.

Ok, I used to get this error whenever I tried to make custom vehicles also. If you are using Bluestreak, 1. Export your model then run the tool command. Now, which vehicle did you import into your scene (warthog, ghost, scorpion)?
2. Open up the .gbxmodel tag of that vehicle now find the tag field called "node chechsum list" copy the value in that field, then paste it into your new vehicle's .gbxmodel file.
3. Save, then try putting it in sapien again. It should work.
