Ok, i have skys the limit and i put it on 3rd person and i press insert to make the cam move up so i can see what i am shooting but it does not work can i have some help?

The Skys The Limit 3rd person only allows you to look from directly behind. Kinda useless. The Insert is to change your field of view when in 1st person.
