Download Kirby's script package. That's what I used in my map. It includes SP and MP, and you can tweak them to your liking >:)

ME KS told me this but if your map doesnt have cutscenes then use kirby's script.

-ok first make it a continuous script so no one can use the cheats trought the whole level.
-use the "set" command so it sets the dev cheats to 0 through out the whole level.

i would've copied a example script but im still fixing my laptop

Is it possible to make a script that makes it so you need a password to use dev or somehow have to unlock something first?

err... that's called Rcon, you need to enter a pass before you can dev, it's in the game by default

protecting maps is something totally different and totally not related to the title of this topic

but even so, i'll tell: in hek+ there is an option to protect maps, you choose a map, set pass, and voila done, just make sure you keep an original copy for yourself

He wasn't talking about tag protecting... He was talking about dev cheat protecting that you implement in your own maps. It's done by scripts, but i don't know how to make one. The script has to check if theres a cheat turned on, and it can automaticly turn it off, i think.
