I've made a command list command...

now a stupid question from me, how to make them work on certain units?

Im totally new to this advanced crap..

unfortunately (or WTF), I like it.

So please, a answer.

Please use the other topic. But since you already created this one, I might as well tell you how. If you are scripting, you can use the ai_command_list command. If you aren't, then once you put down AI, select their spawn position, and in the properties pane, select your command list. All this does, is make the AI run the command list once they spawn.
