If you installed CE with a cracked CD (OMG UR BEING ILLEGAL), then yes, because HEK searches for Halo CE, Installed, so if you downloaded it from a torrent or something, then it won't work.
Also, you shouldn't have Halo CE cracked, it's illegal (I'm pretty sure you and all other ppl know that), why not buy Halo ? it only costs like 20 bucks here (Bucks as in money, not those deers) |
