It's A50, and it's modeled into the BSP unfortunately. :|

Actually no, it's under the a50 devices/machines folder, then go into grav_lift_particles and it is as a scenery. Look through it enough and you'll probably find it.

That's only the particles... he wants that BIG gravity lift coming down from the Truth and Reconciliation.

You can use a bsp extractor to get it. You make it's materials into exact portals, then you can apply the particle system to it in sapien. It might be hard to build as scenery.

It is a device machine and it will not sync in multiplayer games. There is no network code or passed data between client and server nor any code within the game to synchronize Device machines and AI bipeds in multiplayer games.

The script you are talking about is a biped kill script that has limited use for on-off type scripting like a door open close. It still does not sync the device machine especially something that moves like the lift, because the actual position of the lift will depend on the PC it is running on and it will be different for every PC due to differences in the PC's performance. AI and device machines do not sync within the game and any script to try to get around that has very limted use due to the on-off nature of the script and the inherent lag and processing differences in the PCs.
