When you download Halo CE and install it and when you go to the Halo CE folder and go into the data it doesnt have the effects and other items in it so none of the blood and explotions work and i cant fix it.

Effects and items first off are not located in the data folder. They are located in the tags folder. Also, the data folders and the tags folders are installed by installing HEK. So install that. Also, this doesn't affect gameplay.

Fine but i still dont know how to get the explosives to work and the blood to show up.

Ingame: ESC->Change Settings->Video Settings-> Decals: On Particles: High.

omg that actually worked i didnt mess with it and it changed i cant believe that i didnt look at that.
