When you download Halo CE and install it and when you go to the Halo CE folder and go into the data it doesnt have the effects and other items in it so none of the blood and explotions work and i cant fix it.

I am having problems with the tags, i have no idea how to get the tags for different levels like for the cmt i dont know how to get the cmt folder in the tags folder and i havnt seen any tutorials for it. please help. |
