Yes, but it would take up a large amount of tag space

with some good editing techniques you could do that... but then it wouldn't really be in ce it would just be a special effect.

Animated shaders on a .scenery tag. Easy peasy, but like Advancebo said, it'd take lots of tag space.

it doesn't matter about tagspace with tool_pro here let me give you a link http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?0yz2wgythaz

that will elt you compile how ever big of a map you want! even bigger than 130 mb! It might be a tiny it slower than tool because tool was programmed by bungie\gearbox! idk who programmed this one though but the maps you are compiling are bigger so of course it might take like 12 seconds longer but anyway... there you go

No.

1. Tool* fails, it doesn't bypass anything.
2. E3pO created it.
3. If you want to do a failroll use that tool, or you can actually use regular tool and learn to do it the right way.

tool has errors for a reason. i mean like, it yells at you for screwing stuff up for a reason. if the engine could effectively handle something, dont you think tool would allow it? its a very picky engine and when you start bypassing update and open edges, all hell will break loose.

This is the truth

Anyway, someone needs to make a tutorial about how to make animated shaders.

I use Tool_Pro and it does increase the allowed tag space for a map.
