I've updated this:http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=3231 and made it much better. It sets up folders for you automatically now, and looks nicer.
 This is for testing so its not final, wanted to see what needs to be fixed. if your CE loads slowly or you have too many maps loaded, you can swap them between two folders by dragging them from the 'selected maps' side to the 'extra maps' side. :)
