How do you get maps to download from here with Google Chrome? I just keep getting an error message. And no I will not user another browser to download maps, that defeats the purpose of having Google Chrome.

Here is my advice:

Do not use Google Chrome. At all.

Dennis, that doesn't help at all. I don't have a the Microsoft firewall running, and I still can't download any maps with Chrome. I can still download maps with Firefox.... Chrome doesn't like your site. I don't know why, but it doesn't. That FAQ gives no advice that pertains to this.

Chrome works just fine and many, let me repeat, many people use it to download files from this website. When people can't download, 99.9% of the time it is because their Anti-virus/Internet Security/Firewall program is blocking port 21 for FTP file transfers.

Since Chrome came out long after after the Anti-virus/Internet Security/Firewall program it is most likely that your Anti-virus/Internet Security/Firewall program does not recognize the Chrome browser and does not have exceptions for it. You will have to add them manually.
