Every time I try to open up HMT, HHT, Tool, or really any other halo utility I get this message: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application. I've done a lot of searching around, and can't find anything wrong. Any help will be appreciated.

Where can I download the .NET framework upgrade? Also sorry for posting in wrong forum. Nevermind, Microsoft website. I'm a bit retarded tonite.
