It helped him because it was on the 8th page. You would never have found this topic if it wasn't for me. THIRD.

When I open my .scenario file, the game view is just a black screen. I am using Windows Vista, 32-bit, and I have UAC off. I checked and re-checked every step in the creation process. EDIT: Now I realized that when I try to start up Halo Custom Edition, it also gives a black screen after the splash screen. Halo PC works just fine, though. In almost every map I download, I can't see the water. I downloaded hydrolysis and blood islands, but the water is invisible except for the waves breaking on the shore. I have no clue what the problem is. Any ideas? LOOK AT THIS OH MY GOD LOL!

Every time I try to open up HMT, HHT, Tool, or really any other halo utility I get this message: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application. I've done a lot of searching around, and can't find anything wrong. Any help will be appreciated. Edited by imjustusingthisforhelp on Oct 4, 2008 at 10:28 PM
