I was doing collision-geometry on a model (its just a sphere with 3 frames and a marker) and I got this error. I re-did it and I still got the error. Here it is:
EAX: 0x00713FE4
EBX: 0x00000101
ECX: 0x0023BD00

EBP: 0x0012CE38

I'm not sure but the only thing i could think of is that you have too many planes?...

that error is caused because you used a perfect sphere (which is impossible to make from triangles, so tool hates it)
try use a geo sphere with smoothing instead.

thats like blaming someone losing a tennis tournament on the wind

tool does things for a reason...

the collision geometry should work but its not for some reason....

not because tool hates everyone

did you even read what i said?
its because he made a perfect sphere!

How is the sphere tool a prefect sphere? I also tried geosphere before, and got the same error.

i dont know how u did the geosphere wrong (maybe too close to a sphere im not sure) but thats the problem i am 100% sure.

and i havnt made a sphere in max and really studied it, but im pretty sure it would make a perfect sphere, which u cannot use in halo.

It doesn't, it is made out of triangles just like a box.

well im not entirely sure why but i am sure that u cannot put a sphere from max in halo ( if u are using collision :)

because the entire thing is one, smooth round surface. That can't be made from triangles. give it to tool, you get a toolball to the face.

so try and round it as much as possible using triangles. That will stilkl highly increase your triangly count, though...

It's the amount of segments you used for the sphere.

The max you could go was around 17, last time I checked.

I'll try using less than 17.

Edit: It worked, but I got another error opening the physics in Guerrilla:
