Ok when I start up halo custom edition, it just stays frozen at the main menu. And if I press alt+ctl+del and go into task manager it says halo is not responding. Whats wrong?

Is it freezing at the main menu or does the music keep playing but the screen stills says 'HALO' on it? The first one happened to me for Halo PC, and that's because I didn't manually update. Are you updated to 1.08?
