I'm not sure what this is, but I like it. The main issue I see with it, though, is that it would need an entire tagset designed in a similar style to be able to fit in with anything. Edit: And now that I think about it, since CE only allows for one gunner position, it may be best to do away with all the guns except for those in the front, and replace the side sponsons with firing ports for passengers. There is a big missile battery in Halo Reach but when you extract it, it's made of billion of polies and parts, and environnement like materials, you could get one there but it would require a lot of work to be put as an object
