i want to make a list of of some of the best maps out ther and please list some maps that you think are some of the best maps ever

um.. I guess the rest would be the ones are played the most.

No one cares... And most of the maps there suck. Though most newbies are attracted to CE because of those maps. If someone posts coldsnap. Ugh..

1) No Remorse
2) Portant
3) Soli deo gloria
4) Supersunny's map when it is done <-- forgot the name sorry
5) And Zteams public beat 3 when they come out.

Supersunny is making another map? And I notice that most of those maps come from the list of maps on your server :P

It is asking for the BEST maps not the highest rating.

Nice try though.

I only play the best maps on and btw my server will be up this weekend.

most of the maps on that list ppl dont even play anymore

and by "best maps out ther" i ment GAMEPLAY example dangerconyon has a 100000000000000 times more game play than coldnap or extintion combined

There is no answer to your question. Or more precisely there are as many answers as there are people to ask. All that matters is what you like.

its so kick ass! running around on a horse and Shiz like that!
and the bow is kick Arse too!!

i dont think the highest rated maps list is a good source of information tbqh

It is an excellent source of information and it is technically undisputable. Interperting what it means is a different matter. What it means is that of the people who voted for a particular map the rating is the average of all the votes. It does not mean, which is what people seem to want to be told, is what EVERYBODY thinks of the map. That is because not everybody voted for it.

The results are only as good as the people who vote. Do you vote for every map you download? Do you give out ratings lower than 5 on any of them? If the list is not telling you what you want to hear then you have to be more avtive in making it reflect your opinions.

you are absolutely right about that. i was kinda half being funny there anyway. my point is just that the ratings of maps are a bit misleading if your looking for good quality and gameplay. but as you said, it all comes down to how the maps are voted on. and yes i try to vote on everything i download

edit: speaking of which, that new map "flood lab" has potential i think. i like the look of it, but it needs to be reworked. ghosts do not belong in close quarters like that.

any vehicles do not belong in close quarters. yeah, i liked the map, but it would be cooler if expanded. And more flood areas. Like flood in cages or something...

I can never tell what's a good map; All I see is CMT Snowgrove and Sanctuary servers. =/
