H2 Phantom Release Candidate Version 2!

Alrighty, a lot of people posted suggestions in the threads I made concerning the phantom, and I decided to use them.

New features as of today:

New Bitmap, multipurpose, cubemap, and detail map.

Turret can still be killed, but when dead, a turret head comes off.

Turrets ROF has been lowered down.

This time, I included all the tags necessary, so no need to fret :P

Actually, this bitmap is from H2V. I put the alpha and the rgb layers together, resulting in said bitmap. Then I just made a multipurpose map out of it.

So yeah, looks smexy doesnt it :P

it does lol, if you do make a v3 if people complain (which i dont see how) add destroyable parts for the engine like h3

You just go into a sp scenario tag, and go to the vehicle palette and change the c_dropship to the phantom.

You might want to move the flags for them up through, it might go through the ground >_<

Phantom looks good I'm liking those shaders. Does it have seats for Ai, in the gravity lift or somewhere else?

I think it does, you can always use the unlimited vehicle script, but to answer your question, yeah, there is a 6 vehicle restriction

No SP does not have the 6 vehicle limit.

You can have more, I had these all in one map and it worked fine:

Scarab
Banshee
Ghost
Spectre
Warthog
Gwarthog
Rwarthog

Also, I am just releasing it for now, will fix other things.

Multi is going to be fixed.

The turret will be fixed.

The phantom model will be fixed.

And functions will be added.

No, I didnt rip from Halo 2, I only did the bitmaps.

in this version, b40 (along with any map that has a dropship carrying a vehicle) will work, I had to add the seats. >_<

i think its....i dont like to be rude, but isnt that good. Everyone will be like "what?!? no you suck!!!! how dare you say that" well here is way I think it sucks.

1. when the covenant comes outta bottom, the spray everywhere, u should of made the seats in a better postion so they come straight down.

2. No collision data. You can walk through most of it. Even in the video you posted, you went rite through the cockpit.

3. Im not sure, but i saw a phantom in extinction and other maps just like that except it had collsion data and had an open back. so, they either edited ur version, or you took that model and edited it. so i think you stole it.

Im really am just trying to help. I think if you fixed the seats and made collison data it would be awesome. If im wrong about the stealing thing sorry. just correct me if im wrong. :)
