Sigh. Ill go through this really slow. The phantom in the map called Extinction was indeed, ripped from halo 2. He never actually edited it, other than attaching the turrets. I ripped mine from Halo 2 too, BUT. There is a a exception. This phantom wasnt meant to be a "hurr hurr I ripped from halo 2 give me rep cause i am awesomze" kind of thing. I just wanted to do something fun. The phantom in extinction was drivable, but I felt for campaign, it should have ai turrets and not be drivable.

Now, questions to be answered.

The "spraying eject" for the covies coming out, is not something you can fix, thats their exiting animation for leaving the c_dropship vehicle. I couldnt really find anything else to use for them just falling out. Any suggestions will get a cookie.

The collision data is like that due to model complications. Mostly defrag triangles and open edges. Welding it doesnt solve it.

Like I said before, the creator of Extinction had his phantom directly from halo 2, no editing. I took mine from halo 2, but edited it to be more h2 like.

The alpha problem will be fixed.

And you need to raise the height just a bit, maybe about 0.5 to 1 position higher (in between those two numbers.)

Again, I wasnt realizing people would still want this :P

Use the G-driver exit animations next to the Grav lift for elites and grunts, don't no about jackals

The thing is, If I did what you said (rename the seats, and yadayadayada) it would still come out of the side. Its meant to be Halo 2.

Funny, I do know about markers. I renamed the seats, but I moved them towards the middle. The thing is, I tried it before, and it didnt really work the way I thought Halo 2 Would of done it.

Sorry guys, I havent been able to make changes to it, due to school. :(

Anyway, I got some updates

The g-driver seat thing might be causing problems, the phantom instantly loses the recorded animations and just drops to the bottom of the level.

Also, apparently Sapien is giving me corrupted bitmaps everywhere, but when i look at them in guerilla, it doesn't show it, meaning that they arent corrupted. I made sure I didn't "overwrite" the tags using Hek plus, its showing them badly. I cant continue untill I fix it, sorry.

The Ghost animations dont have anything to do with it. The seats and recorded animations are completey different

Then I have no idea whats causing it, Because when I go past a trigger for a phantom appears, either the phantom doesnt appear, or the phantom appears but falls beneath the level.

Also, I had a problem will my bitmaps, meaning it was all corrupted.

Im checking it now, so Ill update.

I want an H3 Phantom with Waffle Fries and a Coke. I would also like an H3 Scarab for those bored and nothing to do.

I think the H3 Phantom would be more manageable than the H2 one, especially considering it is so much like the original dropship in how it deploys troops.

The H3 scarab just looks better than the H2 scarab. Did you ever get that rigged good Dee?
