Is it possible to create using the "Select Object" Tool in 3ds max? Because I think that would be faster than selecting each vertex 1 by 1.

Also is there a forum for 3ds max to ask these kind of questions?

I already know how to do that. I was meaning if you could create by dragging you know the selection box that little box that you get when you hold down the mouse button.

Yeah, its called using the box creation tool in primitives. You can create boxes with it, and change its shape after converting it to an editable mesh and moving its vertices into your desired shape.
