Actually, follow the tag directory crap it gave you and fill in the stencil groups. It's like bitmaps.

thats not my main problem, my problem is my custom vehicle animation does this to me when i load it in sapien or a hobo

For that error:07.05.08 23:55:36 local player 0, weapon (0x0), deleted unexpectedly
Delete a weapon or vehicle instance before you remove it from the ''Vehicles'' or ''weapons'' palette.
As for that one, I don't know what causes it but here's your fix. Some vehicles such as a jet here on Halomaps don't support beeing seen in Sapien but they however work fine in game.
How to fix: In sapien, place a vehicle spawn but leave it empty (''None'') and give it a name (let's say a1). Save the map and close Sapien.
Open your scenario in Guerilla then in vehicle, make sure the vehicle causing the error is in your palette then select your un-used a1 and now give it a vehicle(instead of none).
Note: If you want to reopen your map in sapien after that you'll have to delete the a1 instance in guerilla first and replace it when you want to compile final.

well, i got it workingish, was a bad animation... now i got more problems such as textures not showing up, bad camera position, game crashes when someone exits the vehical, game crashes when vehical goes top speed...i got my hands full.
