I believe this is in the right place as it is my first post.

I have made a map,,,,i can play it. however, i want to upload it to halo ce maps but i cant. the reason for this is because i cant find the map itself! i t works fine, but when i go into my maps folder, its not there! please help!

the old title about exception data is wrong...sory about that.

Hey Aqua, Its HJAW RORY. Did you compile it in tool if your using HEK? If so im very confused.
Oh Crap Sorry For The Bump, i didn't see how old it was :l.

I did as you said rory, but it appears to have run into porblems. I can now play it. but i cant find that bleedin' map file.

make sure so you can see hidden files and folders.......i think you can set that in the control panel or somewere

i read somewhere that vista hides some files if u are not looking for the files via an app that can open them.

Go into the maps folder.

Above the files in the toolbar, you should see "Compatibility files." Click it, and you should see your map.

I have vista, it puts compiled maps there.
