What is the maximum amount of AI that can fit in a BSP/map?

Why would there be a max? You can put as many as you want to.

200 was the cutoff i got to b4 the lag took over. Also depends on what your ai will be doing. ie....driving,shooting,etc...

There is a map called floodcoviemarinewar that has a lot of ai and lags extensively. It also has extremely annoying background music.

I find its best to use as few AI at a time as possible, but then if you want to maintain the epic you have to set strategic spawn points and command lists, so it may seem that there are a lot of different enemies, but they're actually just respawning.
