Settings > Video settings there should be an option for specular and under that shadows. make sure they are set to on or high.

@Hunter: The only thing I can find to criticize is that your bullets look like lead pills instead of bullets.

The environment part and props where just thrown in, they wasn't a requirement, just a suggestion so I could present it nicer. Was going to make it a bit better but, started to slow my PC and sick of seeing it aha, that's why the bullet is just a basic cubic shape :D

Decided to go ahead and revive an old project, did a pretty quick diffuse map.



At some point I think I'm just gonna redo the whole diffuse from scratch.
Ignore the normal error on his left ear as well.



Haven't been able to update it much as of late because I'm finishing up with school and I just got hired with Bethesda Softworks so I just haven't had much time.

For what it's worth, a Marine fireteam would typically be comprised of at least four people, while a squad would be comprised of around 12.

I think Army does have 3-man fireteams, but ODSTs are in the same branch as the Marines.
