ok, my first biped ever(that's not fully mechanical). i know the polys on teh front of legs are f'ed up, gonna fix those when i got time. used the halo 1 marine as a guide, used his hands cause i cant do hands at all :P. comments? might replace one arm and leg with a mechanical one(lol at FMA):::

PS: gotta finish gasmask :D

i dunno, i jsut used the generic marine biped to reference offa it. lol he can be whoever the person wants him to be.

Can't you do this by using IK Points or whatever, specified in the animation tag? That's how the cyborg's hands stay on the warthog's steering wheel when driving, its hand marker is attached to the wheel marker.


If you had added finger bones to the marine animation set you would need to re-do/recompile every single animation. And the on the cyborg gbx_model the left hand marker attaches to the steering wheel left hand marker. Same thing as the right marker.

The more reasonable time to use finger bone rigs is during campaign cinematics and not just regular animations since you wont bother to look at them unless your doing a video.

Ok, who makes the best shaders ?

I used 2 differents fake bump mapping methods on the same bitmap, for all the permutations (not all shown)
(1 metal, 1 leather.)




I think i'll realase the permutations, if 094 realases his poor (bitmaps) shaders.

It tickles the crap out of me how you just stole off my old release back last year, slapped on the retail bitmap diffuse, and told countless people to do it for you.

Stop trying to challenge me with my old shaders method. Your making your self look more stupid by the second.

Ha ha all day, why do I still see 2 scratches on the lower chest plate if you supposedly did your own bitmaps

They look good, but needs more bland, less shiny.
Also, the Elite first person hands are looking good Yoko.

No such thing as 2 different fake bumping methods, deehunter will get on your ass for that one.

Also if you say your using the h3r bitmaps

That shouldn't be there. So your still using some of my stuff and cubemap properties.

Spartan's elite fp shaders will be used in the elite release (Teh lag and I are having a joint release)
waits for odx to e-rage about h3 rips being released with teh lag's elites

Occasionally, some people actually LEAVE the house, and are away from a computer for long periods of time. When they check back on Halomaps, since they're unable to use a computer, they use their phone. I'm fairly sure no one has Halo CE installed on their phone with HEK and all their tags.
