hmmm i dont care that much about the mapping teams themselfs
i choose maps
the only maps i like of cmt is snowgrove the rest doenst appeal to me

if they would release spv2 i would then love spv2 (i rather play original halo campaign then spv1) and snowgrove of cmt

Zteam: even if their rippers i still like their maps, but jsut like cmt i only have 1 map of them and that 1 is sanctuary_pb2 wich i love because it is an easy kill map wich is fun as variation

H3t: I liked the coaligion beta's but idk if they released an finished map but i do like some of the projects they have like the quest for tigging powa

Sigma: i know that they have very good modelers in there and even though many of them are my friends, i havent seen a team map to say it in that way
they havent all worked on 1 map with their stuff

I know Asgard is an leaked map of theirs but it wanst finished i think (correct me if i'm wrong)
where they all worked on but because it wanst leaked i cant realy count it as a team map

i know that they could be serieus competition for cmt, but i havent seen them pull everything that they have with modeling skills and tags ect to make 1 kick *** map that sets team on the chart.

So based on those things i have to say i hae no preverence for any team how so ever

CMt has released the most maps of these team but i only play cmt snowgrove and that map is the only 1 i like so far not that the otehr maps are bad i just dont enjoy playing them

I pick bungie maps (original maps) above all maps
i still have the most fun on bloodgulch

THEY RIPPED IDEAS OMFG. Do you even know what ripping is? Its the extracting of content from other games. I had thought that the smg and battle rifle models from spv1 were ripped and modified, but if masterz says they weren't then I believe him. Other than those, what in spv1 could have been ripped? all the bipeds were default halo 1 with edits, except the cyborg and marines. The textures were obviously custom, the vehicles were custom, and the weapons were custom. The scenery was really just halo 1 scenery with new physics, or turned into a vehicle for flip-ability. Usually people only rip bipeds, weapons, scenery, and vehicles so if none of those things were ripped, what exactly do you think was?

Sigma has worked on maps and content, we just havent released anything because we dont have a skinner.

are really going to start fights over what team everyone likes more? its opinion. starting fights over opinions is how wars break out. we dont need that
to whoever said ripping was bad: its... not bad per say... i prefer (and by prefer i mean vehemently demand) to make my own stuff becuase there is more "honor" in it, if you will. sigma has no skinned weapons because we havent been able to find anyone who does them. i COULD go rip some textures from h3 screens but i want to do it from scratch, not to mention ripping from screen shots can present problems later on

yes but we wont want everything to be ripped
if you tip everything then you cant make something custom because you dont have the practice and expierence to make it

you would be relying on other games for ur models

i just cant manage to wrap my mind around how belligerent some people are... fail was cool for like 3 days until everyone ruined it by overusing it. now the only people who use the word fail as an insult are people like my cousin who hear something and overuse it so much you want to smash them into a wall and then nearly suffocate them with that stupid batman pillow they brought to your house to sleep over when you clearly stated that they were only to come over for a few hours.....

CMT and Z Team. IDC if Z rips, their remake of Sanctuary is one of the best maps out there, and Snow Grove basically defines the idea of Custom edition...Hell it rivals anything Bungie ever put out.
