I've been trying to get a 'map shot' to appear on my maps in the map selection menu, but every time I put one in there it changes the "2" pic into the 'Coast' pic (the other generic one). I've looked at the help file and I did everything it said, I dunno what I'm doing wrong. My believe is that it's the template they mention, they don't say where you open it, so I've been doing everything in Photoshop than creating a Bitmap, changing the settings in Guerilla and then remaking the Bitmap. I dunno what's up but if someone has a sure fire way of making one please fill me in. Thanks!

The 1st update disabled that feature.
They were worried people would put X rated or just discusting content in place of their map shot.

thats a shame. i would be awesome to see sandtrap as an image when selecting.

Is there any chance of me reinstalling H2V and making a map shot without the update? And thank you for telling me this because I've been pulling my hair trying to figure out what I was doing wrong!

No you can't reinstall halo and compile your map with the image because maps compiled pre-update will not play.

Where can I get the information on what the update broke? haha

And keep me up to date on what your working on.

I'm still working on the how-to part but the info i got so far is that it is possible.
But not easy.
