Yes, I know, but that is the name of the weapon. Even though in the game it is smg. Like windows vista.. It's name was longhorn. Different name for it.

Might do that, Like a campaign map. Who cares if the AI don't sync. I'll do that after Lockdown. But right now, I'm doing the weapons.

Change of plans for me. I'm currently creating a indoor map for testing the weapons and so forth. Once finished, I'll post for public testing.

The bridge is broken in parts forcing the player to jump the the other side. High poly and WIP.

Doesn't matter anyway guys, I got it in game with pimped bump maps and sound envir. I just need HDOAN to finish teh combine. Lets hope he hasn't forgotten.

Don't you play Half-Life 2? That's their name, well, at least to spawn them it is. npc_create npc_metropolice. The tougher guys (combine soldiers) are npc_create npc_combine_s.

..... Lets not be technical here. They are all combines anyway, just different ranks and jobs. Solders, Police, Super Soldiers etc. I won't be spawning them anyway.. Maybe for a ai map or something. But the point is they are going to be the player. Bunch of combines running around :P Alas.. Here are a few pics in game. Special weapon... Can you figure out?

I laugh at the users here... They expect more than is possible. The models and textures are freaking ripped! How can you say they are "ok..." They can't get any better... My map Is based off of Halo 3's foundry. If you didn't notice already, I'm pretty young... Thank you Hdoan. Did you get it in my email? If you didn't, I'll resend it.

Be nice to new users Newb, you are somewhat new as well. You haven't been here very long, don't get all high and mighty when you haven't even been here two months. It's never nice to laugh at new users, just remind them, don't laugh at people it's rude.

Anyhow i like the work so far, i think they textures don't look half bad.

Yes, I'm quite aware of that. I'm "laughing" (disappointed) that the users don't realize the weapons can't get any better. Not to mention flat out saying the game play sucks. I'm not sure why you guys are getting exceptions...

Do you? Cause I use xp still. Vista is too buggy... I multi boot, but vista says my copy is non-genuine.

I don't have Vista, if I did, I'd probably be playing Halo 2 Vista a lot. And no, my new computer won't have Vista either. I downloaded the map, put it into the map folder like any other map, then tried to play it. Exception, blah blah, first time this has happened.

That's only for the beta releases of Vista anyway, you shouldn't need that with the Vista out today.

Well... Thats 1 thing vista doesn't need then :P Any way does anyone know how to create reticles? I can't seem to do it since every tut uses photoshop (I don't have it and I don't like adobe). The weapons are looking good. Just get the pistol fixed up, the smg just needs to be repositioned, and the the hand needs to hold the rpg. I also suggest the sight on the smg be transparent, but that is not important.
