When it's finished is right, but they did say they had plans for a 2008 release. So most likely it will be finished sometime this year.

I think ti will eb another couple months. Maybe at the end of the year. The way Masterz asked for what a theme of one of the levels makes me belive they still ahev to do that level and most likly more. I also think they have a lot longer to go because they said they did the level they thought was mroe fun to mod first which is TaR and they seemed to ahve finished that level not too long ago. So I think they are just sayign they are almost done to seem like it's nto too far away. But what the hell do I know?

Don't rush. It will be even better and worth the wait if you release it when it's finished. Don't pull a Bungie and release a Halo 2.
