Oh the irony. Also, Sigma Leet hasn't made anything good in my opionion, so no, I won't join. Too busy anyways.

Dennis said its ok to advertise for another site as long as you don't post it multiple times or spam it or anything.

about the "advertise" i think that sometimes ppl ask questions here and never get replyed cuze nobody knows, etc.....now with 2 diferent places to go u can get 2 diferent opinions and mb a faster reply, also u can announce ur projects and more ppl will know of em....about the "bad stuff we have made" well...we havent really realesed anything yet so i dont think u can say that, also we arent inviting u to join the team.....just the forums for the abvove (sorry if my grammar is bad) things

You don't get the point do you. ADVERTISING in a NON-ADVERTISING forum. I'm not trying to act like a mod here, but topics need to be on the point of H:CE, not this 'Join here if you need help' threads!

It's advertising. Basically, it's forum-jacking. Which is bad.

And until Sigma Leet releases something, I am entitled to my own opinions. Free country.

We're working on our tag database. Selentic and Geo have been posting one of Sigma's maps (Sympathy) in the Gallery thread, and Donut has plenty of H3 stuff already done.

I've been rather lazy, I don't need to make any tags, so I'm not. I've been going off on my own stuff, helping out here and there.

Oh yeah good.... The Halo CE community can't afford for ever to have people holding back their stuff just for the sake of it. There is fewer and fewer releases, More and More cancelled project and Less and Less games played. Once Aging and Holding backs will have killed the community, what good will it be to brag about your ''supposedly good'' map that noone ever seen but your clan? Releasing stuff is the key to keeping Halo Custom Edition alive past all the time it has.

Edit: Don't make your forum a '' Must register to view'' noone's gonna waste time registering if they see nothing good about it..

Selentic is absolutely correct. We are FAR from dead. Alot of stuff is being made, (paused untill I'm done with Halo 3) and we will have lots of pics of our work up soon.

i singed up a wile back and this clan seems to be promising and we have seen what they are making(maps and bipeds) if finished it will be awesome.

and for those of you who are saying that we're killing the community by holding stuff back, we never said that. arby said we arnt showing it right now becuase we doing want to be like some people around here and show a 20 minute video every time we change a shader. bottom line is were going to release tags, but the maps are going to be protected.
and sigma is NOT merging with EMT.
sigma is not merged with DMT either. selentic is letting them use our forums
ah and another ironic thing about people yelling at others who protect thier maps: i went online today in CE (for the first time this year) and saw like 20 coldsnap servers and a few hugeass ones. the rest were bloodgulch or yoyorast island. we are not stifling the community by not sharing tags becuase the only places i see those tags are in box maps or mods. nobody plays anything but bloodgulch, hugeass, coldsnap, and yoyrast island, sooo its ultimately the players of these maps who are killing halo ce. not us.

Rumors, just hate them don't you? I could start a rumor that CMT and Zteam were merging to create CZMT. 50% of all people who play CE, or post here, would believe it. The thing is, if you were to think, you see that wouldn't make sense, because CMT is working on modding the campaign with custom/H3 content, and I think, working on MPv3. Zteam is working on...oh joy, now to recite the list again. Let's see, putting Halo 2 content into Halo 1 campaign, not sure about working on Halo 2 campaign, or just Delta Halo, CADestroy is working with Penguin to make The Pit in CE. Oh, and let's not forget about PB3, see what I mean? Wouldn't work.

ninja fish was probably just joking. it doesnt make sense for us to merge with sigma. weve got our own stuff going on, and sigma is already pretty big.

Xfire failed.
Sandtrap seems a bit big...though it doesn't require anything that the Halo 1 engine can't take, besides the gravity lift.
