ones with the alpha isue need explict alpha or higher; to do so, open the bitmap tag it popped out (guerilla), and find the drop box witch currently says color-key transparencey, and change it ot explict alpha.

With the one that says they arnt power of 2, normaly you would fix that, but it looks like you are doing pickup icons (witch if you are, you realy should be following a tut.. lol) open these bitmaps in guerilla, change 2d texture to interface bitmap, and then where you changed the other ones to explict alpha, make this one 32 bit color.

After you have changed and saved these, rerun tool, and it will check those files and update them with hte acual image properly now.

The image size is wrong. I tried to compile a bitmap but it said that same basic thing, I fixed the size and it works fine now.

yes, that image size isnt normaly suported, but this is a special situation; pickup icons. look at the top of a bitmap tag where it discribes interface, 2d texture, ect.. it will tell you what restrictions they have, and interface defy normal rules, and are what are used for pickup icons.
