Best Halo CE Software 2007
Two catergories, software for use while playing, and software for use out of the game.
Must have been made in 2007, may have been started earlier 2007. hAcKeD tools are allowed, but no tools which help players to rip content, or cheat in-game.

Eh project yelo had to many bugs and didn't work on many computers. To me I would say Halo Redux. Check it out at the halomods forum.

I didn't like the Halo Redux mod, even though my video card would show just as Pepsi's would. I would say Halo CE and Yelo.

Edited by SPARTAN04 on Dec 17, 2007 at 12:16 PM if your porgram essentially damages the computer, why release it? and im still waiting for a hacked tool.exe that allows for compiling maps over 130 mb
