Im making a map in gmax and I want to know exaclty waht the parameters becasue I want it to be 3/4 the size

go umport the model in gmax and find the size, mark it, then make ure map.

yes u need the importer script.

I believe around 400,000. Dont try 300,000 its too large for most computers to handle, and will take days in radiosity...

well then how the heell did they do it in the first place?

i bet he meant to say for that second number, something else like don't try 500,000

but anyhow coldsnap took forever to run radiosity/lightmaps, though i am not sure of exact time. if i were you, your new here i would not try making a large map as you have to be sort of known for it to really go off well. Of course maybe your just curious.

I like em.... Not really for combat, more for just relaxing and playing Halo.... And I did mean 300,000 when I said it, its way too large... 10Km....

or just run em in tool.....also portal it so its faster...
