So i run lightmaps using space.sky, and i get this error:

any suggestions?

That certainly is unusual, but if you look at your .scenario file down at the very bottom you should find a bsp section. If you have multiple bsp's references, you may want to delete all of them and then re-add them (perhaps one at a time?) to see if that helps as one of them may be corrupt from the lightmaps you just made.

i found the problem, it was a animated shader (the one from a10 that cuased the glass screens to scroll up & down)
