Hello everyone!

I am posting this here in hopes of getting more players on our new Halo CE dedicated server. Our CE server is from gameservers.com like our other three regular Halo servers. This server features a 16 man limit and a 10 map cycle with game types of ctf, slayer, and team slayer.

The IP address is 63.211.110.24:2302 if you would like to direct connect, and there is no password. Otherwise you will find the server at the top of the server list.

The map cycle contains the following maps: teletubbies, chronopolis, cmt snow grove, burialmounds, cmt tensity, cliffedge, new mombasa, z sanctuary, zanzibar, and mont st michel

These maps may be downloaded at www.evclan.com.

We are also having a map contest where one lucky voter will get to replace one map each month with another map of that voter's choosing.

maybe no1 is there coz you don't host yoyorast island?

Hello and thank you for your reply. I sent out an email to about 20 people and asked them for their top 10 favorite maps. No one voted for yoyorast island. That is why it is not in the map cycle.

Also I do not think one map makes a whole map cycle. All 10 maps we have are VERY fun to play. It would be A LOT more fun if there were more people on the server.

Also we have a map contest where someone could vote for yoyorast island, but as of yet, no one has sent me a vote for that map.

I hope you stop by to check out our server none the less.

I was playing on that server, Z_sanctuary is a good map.

Reply to teh ganon - Thank you for replying. For the record, I love fissure fall and municipality. I thought cliffhanger was OK. I might vote for fissure fall or municipality in the future so keep your eye on the map cycle.

The reason for playing CE in the first place was to play new maps and leave the default maps behind. I hope you check out our server in the future.

YES INDEED!
More people need to get Z_coag instead of H2_Coagulation or other sucky Coag mods.
I'm not saying H2_Coagulation is bad, it's a good map, just Z_coag is a better 'mod' of it.

One of my regulars to my server voted for coagulation to be in the map cycle. I will probably add z_coag specifically if he wins the map contest. If anyone wants to be in the contest where one lucky voter gets to replace a map with one of their choosing post your xfire here or xfire me at: evpicard

Stupid noobs, I was playing Z_Sanctuary and one guy kept using the sword over and over.
Do you have an rcon password? if so what because I want to kick that guy repeatably until he stops.

Thanks for playing on my server. I am sorry, but I cannot give you the rcon password. You would have to be in the clan and even then you might not get the rcon.

Just so everyone knows there is a new map cycle. I got rid of the larger maps and added some new maps that are a little more smaller but WAY MORE FUN!

Here is the new cycle in no order: no remorse, cmt snow grove, umt archive, fissure fall, chronopolis, z sanctuary, teletubbies, burialmounds, and cmt tensity

I have one more map to add. Once I have made that decision I will post it here. Also you can download all these maps and more at http://files.evclan.com/CE%20Maps/

I personally think yoyorast island is a bit confusing. Maybe that is because I don't play it regularly. I prefer the map yoyomod 2 instead.

You should wait till your map is actually out for everyone to see whether they like it before suggesting it for something like this. Also from the version already released it just looks like a mod of The section with the light bridge in Halo (the level).
