i have nothing to do with this highground stuff. i really dont give a crap. ive got stuff to work on too. im just letting echo do his thing. i distinctly remember telling the team not to post anymore progress on highground. but i gave them a good talking to.

well dont look at me....i just make weapons.....and this echo told me to post it...i didnt know anything

Well....really I can't say awesome until you show us, or me some pics or video.

muhaha just wait till the next vid....also now i got in some sorta "school" for 3ds max....its a 5 hours perday, 1 week intensive of 3ds max....so just wait a week and my models will be better than CMT yay!

1 week doesn't make a modeler, even if you are being taught it.....

i know stuff already....anyway with all this ill learn the "secret ways of the editable polly" lol....

Not many secrets to it... Just different ways of using the tools... I probably know pretty much all you're going to learn about the editable poly just by messing around with it... Nothing you can be taught that you cant learn by messing around. I have no doubt you'll be better at modeling, but I doubt better than CMT... 1 week ain't much.... I know, I just went to a running camp for a week... Ganon, don't you say a word about drugs...

If I remember correctly, Ganon, there was a certain team with the exact same problem. Then the leader handed over the torch to someone who he didn't think could do it, and everything stabilized.
And if it wasn't for me, the UMT forums would be a mess, I have to keep them organized weekly, adding in new forums, moving topics, stickifing topics, unstickifing topics...
Meh, it's a wonder we hold together at all, I mean, the only people I really see produce anything are myself, Massacre, you, Sim (Occasionally), and Wolf. Correct me if anyone else has made a single tag for us.

btw corndogM. im in venezuela (on south america) ...so if these 3ds max thingys exist here...i think there should be like 20 there for each one here....

it depends....here is not so expensive its just 350.000 BS that in US dollars would be like um...around 75$....i dont really know the diference but it would be something like that

The "m22" (which is actually an XM8) is horrible, that mars map is so incredibly simple, and that m4 pic is too small to see if there is any detail on it.

That XM8 is no more (from what I can see) than 5 primitives. A box, and 4 cylinders (barrel, scope, and dials). The top part has an area that isn't even sealed!

Thank you for showing the extent of the suck. The first gun, the M8, I could do better in less time, you have a box gun pretty much, I could make an outline of it using the texture and have that in no time. The second probably has a very fancy texture. The third, I can tell you probably used displace.
