If you get motion blur, it's probably some kind of chronic condition. You guys should look into it.

That's because your eyes are focusing on one point as your turning, and keep on changing that point whilst you turn. If you focus on something across the highway the traffic will have motion blur.
So you will get motion blur if your eyes did not change focus whilst turning your head.

But the motion blur functional in Halo is only present when focusing on the same point and turning. Thus it is unrealistic.

If you don't specify how much water, it's still possible, and kind of easy. oh boi awn topic
edit) ALLRIGHT MORONS LISTEN UP. Water and ice are the same compound H2O, making them Chemically the same. However they're differnt states of matter making them Physically different.
We can all understand this, no one's stupid, no one think's they're "good at science."
It's not about science, it's equivocation.
But it doesn't matter because as I said, ^ Edited by WWLinkMasterX on Jul 19, 2012 at 05:52 PM

The name has nothing to do with it. They are the same exact thing, just that the temperature can change the state of matter of the materials. Please take a class of chemistry before arguing this.

Higuy, you are clearly not reading properly.
YES, THEY ARE THE SAME MATERIALS AND COMPOUNDS. BUT they are in a different state.
Water is the name for the liquid state.
Ice is the name for the solid state.
Both words exist. Whether you agree with the existence of two different names for the same compound in a different states is irrelevant. Water and Ice are TWO different states of H2O.
I am very good at Chemistry, thank you very much.
You know I'm right. Please take a class of English before continuing to argue this. Thank you.
