What. This has no special pause menu, and is using a new concept for infinite waves loosely based on l0d3x's firefight.

That would be cool. After every like 5 rounds play a cutscene that switches you to the covie ship bsp from the campaign. That room up there is set up for waves of covies so it wouldn't be that hard. Then after 5 rounds you go back to the ground and start over.

It'd be nice to see a campaign map that was firefight and more. And example that similar to what your doing:
Have the player being dropped off at a cliff edge from a pelican with 1 or 2 allies. You move through a small cliffhanger type environment, go through a cave, and them come out to there.
You'd kill patrolling people there, and then a firefight would kick in. When the firefight is over, a pelican would come in and drop off a few extra people. You'd go up into the covenant ship, move the hangar, have another firefight.
I think you get the idea from there.

Similar to the last one, uses a "cleaner" version of the brush with the addition of some polish brushes which ended up making more of a "ledgey" feel. You can make out some of the squares in this image since the spacing of the brush. was a little too low in some areas. Edit: lol. Edited by DEEhunter on Jul 30, 2010 at 10:43 PM

I think you get the idea from there. Mixing a little storyline in with wave after wave of enemies? Cool.

Try using sculptris. It's good for getting your ideas down quickly in 3d. wow, you're right, that thing rocks! I'm making an alien trooper with it, one of the discontinued covenant. http://img821.imageshack.us/f/atpic1.jpg/http://img821.imageshack.us/f/at2u.jpg/based off this, but I customized it to the way I think it should've looked because it never made it to the halo games. http://images.wikia.com/halo/images/a/a8/AlienTrooper.jpggotta fix the feet, add features like eyes and then make armour. kinda useless, because you can't export the model and import it to gmax right? but idk I'm just makin it for fun and to get some experience in 3d modelling.

Your fans speed up? It's cuz ur pc is to slow, and overclocking itself so it can run smoother (don't do that a lot, causes damage) could also be ur processing memory heap is increasing for more power, but ur pc gets hotter so fans cool it down more Edited by iHalo on Jul 31, 2010 at 10:38 PM
